Poor treatment by staff at Equus Restaurant

I went to the Cavalli wine estate for a wine tasting. We were led to the outside area of Equus restaurant. The lady there told us the seating was full and we can sit on the restaurant side- because we also wanted a cheese platter.

A waiter by the name of Issac gave us menus then disappeared on us. He left for a solid 10 minutes and didn’t attend to us until we called him. Eventually when he came back, he told us we cannot do the tasting any longer and had to order from the restaurant.

After a weak attempt at a liaison between him and the host, he told us we must go and speak to the host ourselves.

I have been looking forward to seeing this wine farm and enjoy their facilities but was extremely disappointed.
