Bye Bye HONDA and Cayenne

Looking to buy a bike ? Avoid Cayenne at all costs.

Spares department is a joke. Its not a department, its a desk.

No feedback at all on parts I ordered for a 2004 HONDA which were promised within 2-3 weeks. 1 month has gone by - with 3 calls to them again promising to let me know when they arrive. Nothing.

Phoned a fourth time. Was again promised to 'find out from my manager and get back to you'. Still waiting 24 hours later.

All this for a simple gasket set.

Never again will I buy anything from this bunch of amateurs.

Do yourself a favor - buy a BM if you have any plans to keep it on the road for a while. Had an 25 year old BMW which I could still get spares for and which arrived when promised.

Forget this bunch - they are only interested in selling new bikes to suckers.

Bye bye HONDA. Bye bye Cayenne.
