Looking to buy a bike ? Avoid Cayenne at all costs. Spares department is a joke. Its not a department, its a desk. No feedback at all on parts I ordered for a 2004 HONDA which were promised within 2-3 weeks. 1 month has gone by - with 3 calls to them again promising to let me know when they arrive. Nothing. Phoned a fourth time. Was again promised to 'find out from my manager and get back to you'. Still waiting 24 hours later. All this for a simple gasket set. Never again will I buy anything from this bunch of amateurs. Do yourself a favor - buy a BM if you have any plans to keep it on the road for a while. Had an 25 year old BMW which I could still get spares for and which arrived when promised. Forget this bunch - they are only interested in selling new bikes to suckers. Bye bye HONDA. Bye bye Cayenne.
Ordered a Photobook onlne on the 1st January 2018. Supposed to be a 10 day delivery. I am still waiting for my book. 17 days later When I go to the website to do Order tracking, the email bounces back undeliverable. There is no phone number so no way of finding out WHAT IS HAPPENING. If FUJI website details do not work, they need to rethink their 'business' model or fire the IT staff or BOTH. .

I have been trying for the past 4 months to cancel the landline service of my deceased parents.

I have sent the appropriate form and all supporting documentation to the supoosedly correct telkom address in April this year.

The Telkom cancellation form states that a service consultant would contact me with 15 days to confirm.

To date I have had no call.

I then phoned 10210 today and told them the story.

I was informed that I had the incorrect address (the one on the form) and the correct address was in fact
**********

I dutifully resent the forms to this new address. My email bounced back saying invalid address,!

Telkom is supposed to be in the communications business but cannot even seem to be able to get the basics in place.

What a joke.

I do not expect a response from them. All they need to know is that I will NOT be paying the phone account,

Bye bye Telkom, hello Vumatel/Vox.

After seeing the deluge of advertising for Renault vehicles, and being interested in buying a new car, I went onto the Renault website and booked a test drive .

I was sent an email last Thursday (13/8/2015) stating that my test drive was 'confirmed' and that a sales person from Bryanston Renault would be contacting me shortly

I have been eagerly awaiting my call but to date no one has bothered to pick up the phone or email to follow up on a potential sale.

If this is what passes for 'customer service' BEFORE money has changed hands. I shudder to think how they treat people after they have made a sale, but I can hazard a guess.

Sorry Renault, you have lost a potential customer.

My suggestion - follow up on your advertising hype.
I went into the Vodacom store in Nicolway centre to try and get the voicemail on my mothers mobile phone re-establshed.

It used to work until the beginning of this year. Now when I try and access Voicemail I get an automated message saying that Vodacom will SMS me within 24 hours to complete the activation.

This SMS never arrives. I have tried several times to do this so in desperation I went the Nicolway store to get help. The 'consultant' informed me that Vodacom has 'a problem with Voicemail.' and then stared at me blankly.

No explanation or apology, no attempt to take my number and try and resolve the issue. What a joke.
All they want to do it seems is sell new fat contracts - customer support is non-existant.

Wake up Vodacom - you are a bunch of incompetents.
