Firstly they deserve zero stars. I am aware they closed all shops late last week and are going into liquidation, and due to this my problem will never be rectified but they deserve to be complained about one more time.
They have never had spares for my Hyosung GT650 and when asked why they blame it on being unable to get spares. They have been selling their bikes knowing full well they had no spares for them!
I am not surprised they have closed down. From the terrible, actually, the non service to the not telling buyers about the spares issues... How can they have been in business with this background??? I just feel sorry for people who bought the bike not knowing they could not get spares. If this was America they could sue them quite easily.
There should be something that customers can do underneath the a client act of sorts? Anyone know?
