Great price on the Google Chromecast and the quality of it. Great service and great timing on releasing the package to the courier company. First time dealing with Snatcher and definitely not the last!
I bought items on an online business and it was going to be delivered from Durban to Johannesburg. The Courier Guy picked it up on Friday and I received it this morning, Monday, just before 8:30! I have dealt with a few courier companies as I order a number of things online and The Courier Guy has been the most efficient in all aspects, from keeping me updated via email showing me exactly how far my package delivery down the to the time stamp. Their call centre was also extremely helpful. To get a package so quickly from another province without any problems whatsoever, is very rare nowadays. It was given a 2 to 3 working day schedule outside of the weekend, I received it much earlier! Thank you for your great service!
I have dealt with Xmods twice in regards to items linked to my Xbox Elite Controller, and each time has been nothing but excellence from start to finish. I really enjoyed the WhatsApp option of being able to chat with them as it was easier for me than telephonically. Xmods have items that I could not find anywhere else for my controller and they were at very affordable prices too. The quality of the products were excellent and one of my orders was in a protective casing that I did not expect. The assistance I received from placing the orders to sending it out for delivery was fantastic and it showed care for the customer and I will be using them for all of my xbox needs. Thank you Xmods!
I ordered some items from a company in Durban on late Monday afternoon. I received them in Johannesburg today, Wednesday, around 4pm. I was able to talk with the driver to find out when he would be delivering them and the time he told me was almost exact. They were extremely helpful and friendly on their designated online customer chat which I appreciated as it was so easy to be to use. I am surprised to see so many negative comments as this has been my second interaction with Fastway and both have gone extremely well. Great service online and on the road.
I always go past the Northcliff Corner branch when on the way to have lunch with my Mom to get things for the meal. Amongst other things we enjoy, we really like the chelsea buns that are made fresh there. The previous time when I bought them did not go well. They were yellow inside and tasted quite bad, to the point where after trying one, we threw away that one and the other full one too. I contacted the PnP customer care email and that is where it should have ended. In these past 2 full days I have yet to have a response and I even re emailed them yesterday asking if they had receive my email, and still nothing. Yes, it is only 2 chelsea buns but customer care should be caring for every person and everything purchased. It's a shame that I have had to bring it to hellopeter but if they do not care about their customer, I will rate their service on the chelsea bun.
Firstly they deserve zero stars. I am aware they closed all shops late last week and are going into liquidation, and due to this my problem will never be rectified but they deserve to be complained about one more time. They have never had spares for my Hyosung GT650 and when asked why they blame it on being unable to get spares. They have been selling their bikes knowing full well they had no spares for them! I am not surprised they have closed down. From the terrible, actually, the non service to the not telling buyers about the spares issues... How can they have been in business with this background??? I just feel sorry for people who bought the bike not knowing they could not get spares. If this was America they could sue them quite easily. There should be something that customers can do underneath the a client act of sorts? Anyone know?
