I would just like to say how unhappy I am with Cayenne's current service
I asked the workshop more than 3 months ago to help me with a broken lambda sensor from a bike I bought from them.
The warranty is going to pay for it and I was promised that it would be fixed..
After phoning many times to find out when this part would arrive I finally got an answer and decided to take the bike in for a service at Cayenne and get the sensor replaced as well while the bike is there...
Well let's just say that it was not replaced because the wrong part was ordered - or whatever I was told, as well as the air filter (for which I paid in the service already)
After more than two weeks later I went to Cayenne and spoke directly to Timothy to try and see when i can get these parts done.
I told him that I was going on the run to Sasolburg and I need these parts, I will put it in myself but I need it, without the sensor the bike is wasting petrol like there is no tomorrow, he said that he will get it himself if he needs to..
Obviously he did not deliver and I was let down yet again.
This is now week 3 ontop of 3 months...and I am still waiting for my parts
I am getting really frustrated with Cayenne at the moment and the poor service I am getting from them.
