From bad to worse

Wost service we recieved When it came to Our company We asked for 2 years for them to help with maintenace regarding our alarm were promises was made but nothing was done

Then when it came to our privite residence it got worse Where nothign was installed correctly to start off with the app didnt work and the response we recieved was everyone else has the same issue why cant we just accept it like the rest

Customenr service was none existants The couldnt open our gate The response team took 1 hour to arrive The technical team was condesending they would Never make an appointment , and when they pitch up they treated us badly for not being there without prior warning

Becareful It goes from bad to worse
