I have been begging for help for over a week . You leave my father with a chronic heart condition, without medication I have begged and been promised this will be sorted out Now i have to sort out with the medical aid as you have already subtracted and my father is left as his medicine has run out and we asked to prevent this I spent hours on the phone where the phone got put down on me 6 times already Do not trust them As even if a mans life is at risk they couldnt care less

Wost service we recieved When it came to Our company We asked for 2 years for them to help with maintenace regarding our alarm were promises was made but nothing was done Then when it came to our privite residence it got worse Where nothign was installed correctly to start off with the app didnt work and the response we recieved was everyone else has the same issue why cant we just accept it like the rest Customenr service was none existants The couldnt open our gate The response team took 1 hour to arrive The technical team was condesending they would Never make an appointment , and when they pitch up they treated us badly for not being there without prior warning Becareful It goes from bad to worse

I am placing a complaint and Cancelling this Elexi health ( unity health ) Not only was my antibiotics not coved subscribed to me by the doctor you rejected for my Pneumonia As my daughter phone to state I can not breath, I am coughing up blood and my situation became critical , no one could give us a definite answer or help us .After the confusion where I was told to pay 1500 for im not even sure ( nowhere stated in the policy ) I was taken to Medi-clinic where I was declined after being said ill be approved then after phoning to get that sorted , Casualty took me at 11:30 Where there was enough time to place me in a bed drip placed in my arm, then a covid test . Then without any further explanation, everything riped out of my body ( still cant breath) keep in mind doctor told us my right lung had collapsed and elixi health will not pay any more im being kicked out . 13H im in Sedibeng hospital. I cant breath im waiting on the floor until 18H . After my daughter walked in asking to please release me as she will move me over to a private hospital herself ( as I still cant breath and I am left on the cold floor while I have pneumonia) Now here is the big issue . I was not stabilized, every step of the way I was treated like im worthless Your promises are false . All that was repeated to me is its not a accident or a burn. THERE WAS NO STABILITION You state Procedure to follow in event of a emergency or serious accident –Call Unity Health call centre on **********or ER24 on **********, or make use of the push-to-call function on your Unity Health App. ER24 will verify the membership of the person in need of help, whether it be the main member or a dependant. ER24 will assist the member with advice and emergency transportation to the nearest inpatient hospital facility. ER24 will issue the hospital with a guarantee of payment and the member will be admitted for treatment. An “emergency” is an event of a sudden, and at the time, unexpected onset of a health condition that requires immediate medical or surgical treatment, where failure to provide medical or surgical treatment would result in serious impairment to bodily functions or serious dysfunction of a bodily organ or would place the person’s life in jeopardy. While being sent to the public hospital the dr at Medi clinic stated that I’m being kicked out due to no authorisation and he has to send me to a public hospital because my lung is collapsed and if I’m not around specialists I’ll Die . Clinical stability was defined as achievement of five normal vital signs (heart rate, systolic blood pressure, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, and temperature) plus normal mental status and ability to eat. A lenient definition of normal vital signs (e.g., temperature below 38.3°C) resulted in a median time to clinical stability of three days, whereas a conservative definition (e.g., temperature below 37.2°C) resulted in clinical stability within five to seven days. Not surprisingly, those with severe pneumonia on admission took longest to become clinically stable. This definition seems clear: a patient is stabilized when his or her condition, will not worsen upon leaving the facility. Over the years, though, courts have interpreted the language differently before finally determining exactly when a hospital’s duty to stabilize has been satisfied So After every Run around looking for ways out of this you have broken contract I am going public with this . Talk sure Never aproved half of the stabilization costs/transport. That is why they said ( As we have confirmed to you by feedback from the Administrator, the Emergency Stabilization benefit was authorized and as such not declined as you assert) to immidiatly respond with ( its all still in pending .) So This is the second time. After ordering I phoned in and asked when could I expect it as I need it for a few appointments, they said it will be in Vereeniging as it's already in JHB ( 29/07/2021 13:30 ). This morning I phoned the Vereeniging branch and was to no its in PTA still. with confusion i phoned the JHB branch for them to say no it's in Vereeniging. 4 hours later still no answer. I start panicking as all they say is when I ask where my parcel is ill pick it up they reply (it is between JHB Vereeniging and Vanderbijlpark but no it is not lost) At 2 I get phoned oh no they believed it to me at 00.35 this morning. After explaining they were not open that time and I never got anything. The phone got thrown down every time i hope and they hear it's me. After losing my cool completely I got someone to find the parcel ( it never left JHB. So I drove from Vereeniging to JHB. ( before they lose it again) So now I paid them for nothing. And when i picked it up They were sooo rude to me
Cash Crusaders Vanderbyjil park president hyper Beware I went in there with my partner to realize that there was a special on the ultra HD 4k 32’ Dixon tv. We purchased it brand new. After 3 months later the screen started with dead pixels and I gave stipes over the screen. When we took it in to be repaired there was said, we need to pay R250 to send it in if it's our fault we will have to pay in if not they will refund us inc the R250. After agreeing, I was told within 21 business days I will hear feedback 2 months after taking it in I tried phoning (there is NO working number for this branch ) We drove through 5 times just to be told “we will let you know when we hear from head office “ Finally, we heard back stating we can get a replacement. I asked if they have a replacement for the TV available, she said yes. When we drove through there was no such tv available there, we agreed we will take the 55’ Dixon brand 4k ultra HD new tv and paid in They made us wait just to bring us the floor model and said there is no other in-stock no need to test it as it was the floor model. Not even having the tv in for 24 hours, the screen started flashing and wouldn’t stop. We immediately brought it back. and the manager threw her hand up saying she doesn’t know how to help us. Made me wait 30 min for no reason. just to walk out ask what’s my plan of action. I showed her and she just looked at me and told me her return rates are too high this month. And no one has this tv model she can only give us the older model only HD, not 4k (she still told me there is no difference ). We just asked for a refund as accusations got thrown around on how it's our fault. After an argument, we were given our refund. As I walked out I asked has there been any return on the tv we bought back other than us. The employer told us that 3 has been returned. We drove to Cash crusaders Three Rivers. They were eager to help us. The tv ( exact same one as before ) was removed from the box and immediately did the same in-store. We ended up upgrading to the 65’ It is perfect displays better and its in perfect working order I will NEVER in my life go to Cash Crusaders President hyper again Service is utterly horrible they treat you badly accuse you if something is wrong doesn’t test anything You struggle to get anything from them. And treated as if you're dumb
I am absolutely frustrated beyond belief. I bought a NEW Dixon tv 32'' Only to have it start running lines. I took it in to be told 20 working days and R250 Rand to send it in to get it looked at/ repaired. after 2 months I started phoning driving back and forth I was told no I need to come to collect a replacement. The manager told me they have one there waiting. When I got there we were surprised No TV like the one we bought available but I can upgrade and pay in. After paying in and getting the 58'' We took it home I don't even have it 48 hours now there is dead pixels and HDMI port malfunctioning ( plug anything in backlight constantly flashes ) I phone the head office as there is no working number for Cash Crusaders Vanderbyjil President hyper. I was told I need to take it back wait 20 working days. NO refund NO replacement and I have to pay another R250 fee. explain why must we go through this again. I just want my money back. I'll go somewhere else as I am purchasing this to have it faulty CONSTANTLY
