CB security won't refund me due to a non working alarm system
CB security sold me an alarm system which stopped working within two months of installation. They say I must pay R350 for the technical personnel to come and see. One beam is malfuntioning since it has been installed and one is recently dead. One eye of the system is dead and the whole alarm system wont arm. CB security won't state their guarantee and warantee on the product. By the consumer protection act I am entitled for a full refund and CB security is ignoring my e- mails.

Bad service
In the past few months since VR Security moved over to CB Security the service only went downwards.Numeorus times the alarm would go of at home and no call received from CB Security ending with us having to phone them and tell them our alarm at home went of,then there is a lot of excuses everytime ,as example, there is bad weather,or their lines were down or they did not get an alarm on their system there is an excuse everytime with no change as result.I would not advice anyone to either use them or move over to them as a security service.

From bad to worse
Wost service we recieved When it came to Our company We asked for 2 years for them to help with maintenace regarding our alarm were promises was made but nothing was done Then when it came to our privite residence it got worse Where nothign was installed correctly to start off with the app didnt work and the response we recieved was everyone else has the same issue why cant we just accept it like the rest Customenr service was none existants The couldnt open our gate The response team took 1 hour to arrive The technical team was condesending they would Never make an appointment , and when they pitch up they treated us badly for not being there without prior warning Becareful It goes from bad to worse

CB and VR Security
VR Security was bought by CB Security NO correspondence or notice was submitted to inform any residents regarding this.VR security in Bloem refuse to take calls or to reply to any emails ect. Debit orders ( with my details and banking details) were used by CB Security with no authorization, no contract, no notice .By the Poppi law this is unlegal.
