I called Car Track 15 /01/205 to arrange installation-They rep**** that soneone will call me back for arrangements.I called again 16/01/205 to the Vanerbijlpark branch- they arrange for installation on Monday 20/01/205. At 16h00 I called to confirm if they are sill coming.The lady ansewering the phone rep**** that they cannot come today but will send a technition Tuesday 21/01/2025 ....but then said on the same call the y havent got any technitions but she will phone somebody to come between 10h00 and 19h30.Still waiting...then I cakked the installation department- The person said the installation is scheduled for 17h00 today. I told him this was not the arrangement as it is a company vechile and close at 16h00.He then rep**** I will find out at what time someone will phone and will phone you back.... This is realy not acceptable

Claims on schedule that is not claims, refuse to remove it.Refuse to insure a cell phone and very slow and poor service with a claim.I will never refer anybody- and those that I have will be moving soon to another supplier
Car wasnt inspected or test driven.Expected time given was 1hour and 30 minutes later.Car still has the problem.Overcharged.
USELESS and *********** company.The app doesnt work, updates takes up go 8hours...no one to assist on weekends.Will never refer anybody to this company.No Stars rating.... not even 1

I have closed my businees account due to the " so xalked service" and gere we go again...I am seeking legal action to get help .Standard is just not worth banking or dealing with</div>
