REFUSAL TO REFUND TENANTS

CBD RESIDENCY has been refusing to refund it's tenant his deposit .He has been at their offices since January 2024 with multiple excuses and no success.

He moved out when they increased their rental by over 80% in 2023 for this year. Their price moved to R4500 for sharing monthly ,whilst you will still be sharing the shower and one kitchen per floor with over 30 students.

They are milking the tenants yet cannot even offer them proper housing facilities. The level of arrogance from the staff at Foundation building is out of this world .
