I have placed an order online for a catering gas stove , the parcel delivered was a miniature stove and I logged for a return on the 17 jan 2025 , till date there hasn’t been any movement, no communication or refund . I am yet ti hear from them . What a poor service
This company has the worst kind of service in the entire universe ,Zero accountability, Zero service, Zero connectivity .After 6 years of being a loyal paying customer one still gets to be treated like trash . I will never recommend it to anyone .Thank you for the non-existent services
BEST PHARMACIES FOR ME IN PRETORIA , I hardly ever have any challenges with their staff ,prices or even the level of service given .Their level of professionalism is on point .The staff at Bougainville (dar****rt) stands out for me ,All the members are helpful .The lady that Stands out for me at Quagga Centre is Mpumi(Judith) her attitude is great ,super helpful and very informative. All their Pharmacists and assistants are on a whole new level not Forgetting the Mayville branch and it's staff .I appreciate them
If it was possible to give a 0 star that would have better suited for the Malibu Bay Spur .I am a staunch supporter of Spur franchises and my Kids want nothing but that ,more especially their play areas and ribs. Now on the 9th of March we were in Durban for a holiday decided to visit their spur. The lady serving us was great (Bongiwe W) . Took our orders and upon her return we realized that the orange juice Sir Fruit brand was submerged in water ,the orange pulp was floating ,the juice was tasteless ,we immediately stopped on the first sip. The manager came to check on us and we told him about the issue ,he said he will inquire ,came back and said that's how the juice is maybe due to seasons .My husband drinks nothing but Juice especially that particular brand so we were offered a different flavor .The juice came back the same but even though it's fruit ****tail .We let it slide and now our breakfast arrived and I had order Roasted chicken mayo sandwich Yoooo the worst mistake of my life ,I took the first bite and could already tell that the chicken was off .I was tired of complaining so we got a takeaway and left. Upon arriving at the hotel in a few minutes ,my stomach was hurting so bad and you could smell the spoilt sandwich from afar ,I ditched it in the bin .To be honest there was no point in complaining to the manager multiple times as I felt that the issue was just bigger than them. All the Spur i have been to in almost the whole country their standards are better some more than others ,especially the Nina Park, Wonderboom, Tzaneen and Phalaborwa to name a few have lived up to their standard but this one in Particular cuts corners .. Malibu Bay Spur was simply the worst and almost ruined our vacation. Head office please do regular quality checks and surprise visits to such establishments before they ruin your reputation.
CBD RESIDENCY has been refusing to refund it's tenant his deposit .He has been at their offices since January 2024 with multiple excuses and no success. He moved out when they increased their rental by over 80% in 2023 for this year. Their price moved to R4500 for sharing monthly ,whilst you will still be sharing the shower and one kitchen per floor with over 30 students. They are milking the tenants yet cannot even offer them proper housing facilities. The level of arrogance from the staff at Foundation building is out of this world .
Dear Pick n pay my patience of waiting for my refund is running thin. I've been left destitute since the 28th of June and still nothing. Please don't even dare lie and say responded privately. I'll only take my refund as a response
Dear Pick n Pay asap! To say that I am disappointed it's beyond what I am feeling right now...i made an order at 09h37, hours later the order was apparently delivered but not to me. Now upon calling you multiple times, several agents, Sipho, Amahle, Thandiwe and your Supervisor in charge decided to call me, Apparently my order was left at the store . After I insisted on picking up the order from Pick n Pay Hypermarket wonderpark as it was dispatched from there, she decided that they can reschedule the delivery for today. Now suddenly my order has been canceled and wallet credited, 5- 10days to refund the money so I must actually wait for 5 days minimum just for my kids to get bread but they where quick to deduct the money from my account. Exactly a few hours from now would have a year of a great relationship but as I delete my profile. I am done with Pick n Pay, their staff at Wonderpark asap desk. Thank you for a bucket full of flies.

Shoprite South Africa this afternoon, I visited one of your stores. Dar****rt to be precise, what I witnessed there wasn't nice. We were on a queue and being the last one, the lady kindly asked me to place the "closed" sign on my trolley. A lot of people turned back when they noticed the sign but one particular couple came and she let them know that she's closed, he told her not to be arrogant and she ended up saying it's OK, he will be the last one. The guy went to the managers on duty ,didn't even give the poor lady a chance and reported her. Now the manager approached and asked her to assist the customer, me being there during this whole thing, I spoke up and narrated exactly what happened and that's where trouble started. There were now 3 Managers surrounding the poor lady and telling her to assist the guy but I voiced out how unfair that was, as other customers were turned away. We fought for so long and I had to scream on top of my voice because they were simply ganging up on the poor cashier. As customers I do understand we are always right but we also need to understand that the people we are dealing with are also human. @shoprite Dar****rt kindly deal with this situation and stop treating the poor cashiers as if they are not human beings. #takeAccountability
