Fantastic after sales services and client-centric support

It's not every day that I am impressed, but when I requested assistance yesterday for a smart geyser device from Voltex and they put me in touch with the supplier, CBI-Electric. I anticipated a weeks-long struggle to get assistance. To my surprise, in the span of an afternoon, they have phoned me, made themselves available after 17:00 even though I said it's OK for the next day, assisted me and sorted my problem out.

They have even sent me support documents afterward.

These are the kind of suppliers that makes one's day and want one to support them just even more.
