No response to emails What great service??? NO SERVICE

I have an issue with a CBI electronic time switch and sent them an email on 27 January 2021

Hi

I have 2 of these connected. However, if the power goes off past 10 minutes, they drop the actual time.

The programmed schedule is is not lost, only the actual time and it is a nuisance to keep resetting them.

The time should be stored for at least 12 - 24 hours according to your data sheet
