SHOCKING LACK OF SERVICE
SHOCKING LACK OF SERVICE Website down for 3 days due to the staff not installing a new SSL cert as they keep letting the SSL cert expire. Absolutely useless time to change This has been ongoing for 3 years nothing ever changes, By time that they get staff who are able to perform tasks as they should be done.

****mers NO FREE PARKING ON WEEKENDS ANY LONGER
We used to get 3 hours free parking then it dropped to 1 hour free parking Now we have to pay on weekends. What a **** We go to shop why pay for parking when you charge the retailers high rental. Sorry no longer shopping there and you will loose business as well A large number of shoppers were complaining on Saturday

Blackheath Branch supply wrong type of paint
I ordered and paid for 3 tins of paint to be colour mixed on 17 January and collected it on 18 January 2025 I asked 3 time sthat the paint be enamel low gloss like Plascon Velvaglo I used the paint yesterday and all 3 tins are gloss enamel. I went into the store this morning to ask if they have something to make the paint more flat They said no I said that I has asked 3 times for a Velavglo enamel finish and this is what was given to me. I then said that I have just wasted R100o on paint taht i cannot use and I got very upset. A young white guy then said that I must not be rude. I said what must I do with 3 tins of paint I cannot use. He said use the paint on something else. He also said people make mistakes. Ok so your staff make mistakes and I must pay Am I so stupid??? What a stupid comment Maybe he needs to get some intelligence to work with customers Please tell me what I am now supposed to do with 3 tins of paint I cannot use.? In terms of the consumer protection act you are liable to replace the paint free of charge.

I ordered an item and when it arrived it was cracked. I have asked for a refund as it was delivered 3 weeks ago and collected 1 week ago i want my refund everything i buy from this company is damaaged

Useless and rude staff
Went to renew car licenses. Staff extremely rude. Had a letter to collect licences for a family member. Oh NO You have to have the letter stamped by the police. No notice anywhere stating that even with their original ID Another customer stood at t he counter filling in 2 forms for 20 minutes instead of going to a desk to fill in. Nothing said No wonder the post office is on the brink of closing down Buy time they employed decent staff who can talk to customers

THE WORST SERVICE EVER
A parcel sent to me from the UK in error was supposed to have been returned to the Uk . 2 weeks later NOTHING. On Monday I paid duty and told them to deliver and I will have it returned. A week later still not delivered Their sevice is totally ******* All 3 office staff are useless and they put the phone down on you when you call Bulelwa Chumeka
