CCI is so unprofessional my partner passed away in September 2025 a week before pay day, they decided not to release his salary stated they need a letter of authority to discuss anything pertaining his salary, i went and got the letter from Master of High court only for them to say they cannot disclose anything to me because the letter does not have the salary to be paid however they also do not want to give me anything to confirm the salary to be paid, It takes them over 4 days for payroll to respond to a simple request so the entire company does not understand how the letter of authority works? the same letter that they had requested and they still cannot disclose anything such incompetence on such a big entity and to be told this is their first instance a company that has been operating for over 15 years nobody has ever passed away before they got paid? To make matters worse all their email addresses block external emails so you cannot send emails you have to use WhatsApp Really? such unprofessionalism having to send confidential documents on a personal WhatsApp? They do not care one bit from the time i started to inquire about this matter i haven't even received a mere call from someone in HR department to explain what is happening or the process i am getting response that is meaningless from WhatsApp where i have to follow up every time they if i don't say anything they don't. They are not having showing empathy in this whole situation my partner worked his full month his leave days and now we have to fight for his money to be paid?

I was asked to come for an interview tomorrow at 9am and was asked to bring a 6months bank statement and I think it is against the Popi act and no job should ask for that I app**** on jobs indeed and i don't think it's right for them to post jobs that are ****ming people as I am seeking employment urgently jobs indeed needs to be taken up for allowing people to post jobs which are ********* and not legitimate.By all this happening I feel it's unsafe for innocent people to get lured into this who are desperate for employment.

Bull**** of a company. We work 10 hours a day, in contract it’s stipulated 9 hours. When it’s time to get paid, we’re short paid. Like now, we were short paid the entire month yet on our payslips there are different figures compared to what we got paid. These people expect us at work yet they exploit us, and when we make pay queries still we won’t get paid. This company is a ****, doesn’t adhere to the BEA Acts and Labour Law acts yet will dismiss us for even being sick. We are not happy at all and we make the company a lot of money.

CCI IS A **** They hire you. Send you to 2 weeks Careerbox unpaid training Then 4 more weeks product training R500 per week Then another 6 to 9 weeks of nesting R1200 per week Then they fire you, but call it moving you to another campaign. They do this over and over again I was hired for Swinton Motor Insurance Sales They made me work for nothing and after 3 months told me there were over employeed and need to let people go so they said they'll move me to Amazon instead. Mind you I'm renting, I need groceries, transportation money and they only give me a measly R500 and expect me to survive. The guys overseas get paid R35000 and we only get R6000 and make us work for 10 hours this company needs to be reported for exploiting us.

This company needs to be looked into. Firstly I went through a training process that was a month and 2 weeks long 5 days a week 8/9 hours a day and the first 2 weeks are free and followed by R500 a week as the stipend. The campaign BGL insurance work load is a lot, back to back calls, many things to look out for when on the call, 1 hour break and 9 hours answering calls. The required productivity from agents compared to the remuneration, is appalling. That company is exploiting South Africans because it is aware of the employment rate. The contract states that if you resign they have the right to with hold your remuneration. I resigned beginning of June and Mays public holiday and night shift allowance was not paid to me. As stated this company needs to be looked into for real.
