I submitted application at the branch for late estate 16 days working days ago and i have received no communication from FNB i was advised the process takes 14 working days no communication on the delay whatsoever. I sent an email to enquire no clear communication was sent to me. This is unprofessional and i don't understand how a large entity cannot communicate???
CCI is so unprofessional my partner passed away in September 2025 a week before pay day, they decided not to release his salary stated they need a letter of authority to discuss anything pertaining his salary, i went and got the letter from Master of High court only for them to say they cannot disclose anything to me because the letter does not have the salary to be paid however they also do not want to give me anything to confirm the salary to be paid, It takes them over 4 days for payroll to respond to a simple request so the entire company does not understand how the letter of authority works? the same letter that they had requested and they still cannot disclose anything such incompetence on such a big entity and to be told this is their first instance a company that has been operating for over 15 years nobody has ever passed away before they got paid? To make matters worse all their email addresses block external emails so you cannot send emails you have to use WhatsApp Really? such unprofessionalism having to send confidential documents on a personal WhatsApp? They do not care one bit from the time i started to inquire about this matter i haven't even received a mere call from someone in HR department to explain what is happening or the process i am getting response that is meaningless from WhatsApp where i have to follow up every time they if i don't say anything they don't. They are not having showing empathy in this whole situation my partner worked his full month his leave days and now we have to fight for his money to be paid?

Worst experience received from post bank ladies at boxer isipingo the lady that was assisting me was busy on her phone video calling her boyfriend I had to spend an hour without being assisted and Later was told to come back the next day because apparently network was not working the lady was absolutely rude and inconsiderate and very unprofessional poor customer service from the post bank ladies at boxer isipingo
Worst customer service received from Unathi in Umhlanga the morning the lady was grumpy and arrogant
NMG is so unprofessional including their employees especially the ones I have encountered with Nthabiseng and Nompumelelo I further requested for the complaints department details from Nthabiseng which she did not provide to me this is pathetic and annoying I keep being told different stories everytime I follow up on my claim you’re the worst company ever
This has got to be the worst experience Nmg doesn’t communicate at all no sms no email advising on the progress of the claim I always have to follow up and for the past two days they are not responding to WhatsApp I just get the automated response that an agent will attend my to the matter for two days you’re failing to give me feedback? What is that? This is so unprofessional

Debonairs Philani valley is so unprofessional. I order pizza around 17:30 and was delivered at 19:40 with an excuse that they were 5 orders before my order and one pizza was not even sliced poor poor service the pizza was even cold when it was delivered
Poor customer service, we placed an order keep calling checking where the order is, we even sent a WhatsApp tracking the order kept sending order number from 2pm they kept saying the driver has collected the last batch yet we waited until 4pm did another follow up they said driver is 20min away yet the driver only collected the order after 5 o'clock after numerous calls and WhatsApp messages. We ended up not getting the cakes because we had left the office. This is bad customer service
