Bad service and extremely bad pizza
Hello I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality I experienced at Debonairs Philani Valley. While I initially understood the line issues you were experiencing, my complaint was never properly addressed. The pizza I received had no toppings, the base was visible, and the pizza itself was so hard that it was inedible. This isn’t the first time I’ve had such an experience at this branch. When I spoke with Thandeka, the manager, I felt there was little care or concern. She seemed to struggle to locate my order in the system, and after some back-and-forth discussions with other staff members, my call was abruptly dropped and never returned. It’s no wonder customers are expressing frustration about the attitude and lack of customer service at this branch. I’m not usually one to complain, but this experience has left me feeling like I can no longer support this store. For comparison, I’ve had the same pizza meal at the Amanzimtoti branch, where the service is excellent and the pizzas are fresh, juicy, and consistently representative of the Debonairs standard. Poor Delivery and customer service
Wouldn't recommend placing a delivery order. Rather go to the shop if it's any better. Placed an order at 17:45. It is now 20:15 as I am typing this message and I still have not yet received my order. I called in at 18:45. It was raining hard so I wanted to ensure my pizza could still be delivered. If not, I would have understood. The lady stationed at Philani Valley told me my pizza is actually on its way amd driver should be here soon. Around 19:20 I called in to follow up. I reached the call centre and was told that I would get at call back. Between 19:20 and now I have had to call in four times to be told I'll get a call back, yet no contact from Philani Valley has been received. One of those four calls, I was put through to Philani Valley just to have the call cut when I told them my name. I doubt I'm eating tonight...

Disgusted
I want to express my outmost disgust towards this franchise, yesterday i made an online order at 18:25, for a pizza single layer, my pizza arrived at 20;25 mind you i reside 15 mins away from Philani Valley. I received a cold and dry pizza, burnt on the edges, it was smelling like parafin.

Debonairs Philani valley is so unprofessional. I order pizza around 17:30 and was delivered at 19:40 with an excuse that they were 5 orders before my order and one pizza was not even sliced poor poor service the pizza was even cold when it was delivered

Ordered at 18h45pm ....pizza still not delivered at 20h30 after countless calls and stupid excuses.... clueless **** show 20h36pm noones calling the driver or giving me his numbers or knows where the f my order is...20h40 store calls and says they cant get a hold of the driver but they "they think hes on the way" da f its 2 hours....like close shop since incompetence is the order of the day!
