Poor Delivery and customer service

Wouldn't recommend placing a delivery order. Rather go to the shop if it's any better. Placed an order at 17:45. It is now 20:15 as I am typing this message and I still have not yet received my order. I called in at 18:45. It was raining hard so I wanted to ensure my pizza could still be delivered. If not, I would have understood. The lady stationed at Philani Valley told me my pizza is actually on its way amd driver should be here soon. Around 19:20 I called in to follow up. I reached the call centre and was told that I would get at call back. Between 19:20 and now I have had to call in four times to be told I'll get a call back, yet no contact from Philani Valley has been received. One of those four calls, I was put through to Philani Valley just to have the call cut when I told them my name.

I doubt I'm eating tonight...
