I never got my order and the one staff member dropped my call while complaining. I want my money back
I'm writing very angry with the Gym company staff at Umlazi Mega city. I joined with a 12 month contract with a consultant by the name of Nsindiso. I then was never given a key to access the gym and was waiting to be contacted. Not once did they debit my account. A YEAR later I get debited and I reverse it. Got a call from a lady and she says I took a 36 month contract and the consultant no longer works there. I asked for a copy of that 36 month contract I was never given it. Please note I will take this further with the ombudsman if need be.
I ordered streetwise 3 from KwaMnyandu Mall KFC in Umlazi and I was charged R60. I made a huge mistake of not checking the meal. I was given streetwise two and furthermore they are not taking my calls.
I would like to complain about how our funeral cover for our uncle has not been paid from September 2022 till today. We went into the branch and submitted all required documentation. Numerous phone calls have been made but we have been unsuccessful in getting assistance I am really disappointed. We need the money to pay back people we took money from to cover funeral expenses. Even yesterday we called in and I spoke to Sbongiseni. He promised to call me or my brother back and till now NOTHING is being done.
I topped up and then my money disappeared I have tried to reach out to betway multiple times but they just do not respond or give me feedback. I would like my money back. I can't be scammed like this.
Betway is a scam furthermore after sending multiple emails to their support team I am yet to get feedback or even acknowledgement of my query. I topped up and was playing with R3. All of a sudden R108 disappeared from my account. I then went to my history to see if I wasn't going crazy. My wager moved from R3 to R108 and back to R3 again. I seriously annoyed at Dstv. They keep disconnecting me yet I have made payment. I have sent proof of payment multiple times and last week I even went to the Durban CBD branch. I asked them if I was owing anything and the lady said NO. Now my services for the 8th time this month are being disconnected and when I call in they say I am owing R940. I need answers and to be reconnected.
I have won money but I can withdraw the funds. They requested for me upload documents for FICA and I did that. 2 weeks later my documents are still not loaded I have sent multiples emails and NO RESPONSES. I’m hoping someone will help me. I would like to complain about the lack of assistance I am getting from Cash Crusaders in Durban Bluff. I took a loan again my iphone 7 plus and was paying for interest and when do bhad enough money I settled in full. Upon collection the device was no longer working. So they said they would try fix it and still no luck. Now the issue is. I have paid in full the loan but I have no phone. The manager is not giving feedback. My number is 0613079501.
I bought airtime and it still has not been loaded and it keeps saying I must try. No one is responding on their WhatsApp. I want my airtime to be loaded. They know very well that network providers do not and cannot assist to all network vouchers.
