Bad service and extremely bad pizza

I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality I experienced at Debonairs Philani Valley. While I initially understood the line issues you were experiencing, my complaint was never properly addressed.

The pizza I received had no toppings, the base was visible, and the pizza itself was so hard that it was inedible. This isn’t the first time I’ve had such an experience at this branch. When I spoke with Thandeka, the manager, I felt there was little care or concern. She seemed to struggle to locate my order in the system, and after some back-and-forth discussions with other staff members, my call was abruptly dropped and never returned.

It’s no wonder customers are expressing frustration about the attitude and lack of customer service at this branch. I’m not usually one to complain, but this experience has left me feeling like I can no longer support this store.

For comparison, I’ve had the same pizza meal at the Amanzimtoti branch, where the service is excellent and the pizzas are fresh, juicy, and consistently representative of the Debonairs standard.

I would appreciate a solution to this issue, as this level of service and attitude is simply unacceptable.
