Undelivered furnisher
I bought furnished from the owner, Monica who is the owner of the business. This year in March . I paid her cash for the furnisher. She only delivered my headboard, bed and my son’s headboard and bed only. She owes a lot of money and she keeps making empty till now. She then said she took my money to do another project. I can’t believe this woman. To matters worse I drop to where she said her manufacturing place and she unknown there. She does not own a property she is renting a room. I give up but I still want my money

Unfulfilled Order and Breach of SLA
They took my order along with a 50% deposit, and according to their SLA, it was meant to be completed within 3 weeks. This was on the 5th of May 2025. To this day, nothing has been delivered, nor have I received a refund. I am extremely disappointed, especially after trying to be patient while they kept promising delivery that never happened. And it looks like I’ll need to fight to get my deposit back!

Unfulfilled Order and Breach of SLA
They took my order along with a 50% deposit, and according to their SLA, it was meant to be completed within 3 weeks. This was on the 5th of May 2025. To this day, nothing has been delivered, nor have I received a refund. I am extremely disappointed, especially after trying to be patient while they kept promising delivery that never happened. And it looks like I’ll need to fight to get my deposit back!

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, cece fab is a business that i would advise anyone to be involved in, the owner is ************* and lies all the time, I place an order last year Nov , they failed to deliver multiple times , I even gave multiple chances to pay me back but she kept changing her stories, promise after promise.

I placed an order of a mirror from Cece Fab on the 20th of August and was advised delivery will be within 3/4 weeks. I checked and confirmed that delivery would be on the 10th of September and was assured that was correct. I was contacted on the 6th of September and informed that delivery would be on the 14th of September. The 14th came and passed, no communication till I reached out on the 16th this is when I was told that the person making the steel frame was arrested as they were an ******* foreign national. There was silence from then till the 24th when I was assured delivery would be on the 28th of September, the 28th came and no delivery came through. I followed up and only received and apology. I requested a refund as I could see that there was no mirror and this has been postponed every week since then. Today is the 18th of October and again I am being provided an empty promise of repayment. I do not recommend Cece Fab to anyone because when I did my research I have found that I am not the only one who has had such an experience with them. Avoid this business at all costs.
