Unfulfilled Order and Breach of SLA
They took my order along with a 50% deposit, and according to their SLA, it was meant to be completed within 3 weeks. This was on the 5th of May 2025. To this day, nothing has been delivered, nor have I received a refund. I am extremely disappointed, especially after trying to be patient while they kept promising delivery that never happened. And it looks like I’ll need to fight to get my deposit back!

Great customer service experience and even where there were issues, they were able to take accountability, fix and take us as clients back on the journey
