Unfulfilled Order and Breach of SLA
They took my order along with a 50% deposit, and according to their SLA, it was meant to be completed within 3 weeks. This was on the 5th of May 2025. To this day, nothing has been delivered, nor have I received a refund. I am extremely disappointed, especially after trying to be patient while they kept promising delivery that never happened. And it looks like I’ll need to fight to get my deposit back!0 replies
