EXCELLENT SERVICE-ELDO ENERGY
Excellent service. For me probably the best communication from a company with prompt email correspondence etc. companies like ELDO need to be appreciated. Good service and communication is very rare these days but you get it from ELDO. You generally speak to different people in that office if you have a query, they respectfully speak to you, they solve your query, they email you to check if all okay. I am just so impressed with their service. I just wish more apartment, hotels etc use their service. Thank you ELDO team

Brilliant communication, always ready to help. It blows my mind of how brilliant service you get from them. Even thou they a utility company I think they should take over the offices for apartment rentals as well, because with Eldo you now exactly where you stand

Excellent Customer and Service Provider
Absolutely wonderful company. Professional and reliable. They used my property PMB Backpackers Lodge for staff accommodation and they were amazing customers. Payments were made promptly and absolutely no drama.

We had an issue with loading funds for our electricity this morning
We had an issue with loading funds for our electricity this morning. I was able to get hold of Anne who was such a pleasure to assist me with the issue, infact went the extra mile to assist. So happy with her service.

Great customer service experience and even where there were issues, they were able to take accountability, fix and take us as clients back on the journey

When ever you hear that Eldo is now your energy supplier,run away immediately. They overcharge on their units,their meters are always offline and when they try o fix them,you are already owing them thousands. And they give you an explanation of network issues.Eldo overcharges and even if you do a follow up on your units,you will pick up *****.RUN AWAY
