EXCELLENT SERVICE-ELDO ENERGY
Excellent service. For me probably the best communication from a company with prompt email correspondence etc. companies like ELDO need to be appreciated. Good service and communication is very rare these days but you get it from ELDO. You generally speak to different people in that office if you have a query, they respectfully speak to you, they solve your query, they email you to check if all okay. I am just so impressed with their service. I just wish more apartment, hotels etc use their service. Thank you ELDO team

ZULZI SHOCKING ***** ATTEMPT
Absolutely horrific incident all on camera. I placed an order for about R1600. Paid via my card. They say 20 min delivery but order arrived in 55 mins. Because it was a big order I asked the porter from our building to help with trolley. He was with me when a VERY VERY VERY rude driver arrived. I asked Zulzi . He said yes. Then he asked for my password, I showed him my phone. Then he demanded that I pay R2000 and something. I said I already paid and opened my a sa app and showed him. Then opened Zulzi app and showed him. He became violent. Rude. Started screaming. We have everything on camera. The complex security came . He then rudely said if u don’t pay I am going. I callled Zulzi, very unhelpful. The driver drove away nearly k picking down a security from the comply. Basically if you read thru reviews many have same issue. Zulzi also takes cash on delivery, hence drivers try to rob clients. The call centre is useless , not helpful they only day they will escalate it. ZulZi is literally via drivers committing *****. South Africa has an unemployment crisis but they get theses rude arrogant probably ******* immigrants to deliver to us. I will make sure to ask the department of labour to raid them. They are the worst. Thank god they have competition now, an international company with an app called YASSIR does the same. Prices cheaper. Promised time honoured. Service excellent. The Zulzi driver wanted to punch me because I did not want to give him R2000 because he said my order was a cash order. I am shocked. Horrified. Please avoid this app at all cost if possible.

Brilliant communication, always ready to help
Brilliant communication, always ready to help. It blows my mind of how brilliant service you get from them. Even thou they a utility company I think they should take over the offices for apartment rentals as well, because with Eldo you now exactly where you stand
