unsatisfactory customer service

I bought a double door fridge and after 3 months my food was getting spoiled inside the fridge. I complained at Defy and they sent a technician who then said I need to contact takealot as the PCB of the fridge isn’t working. I have contacted takealot for the past 3 weeks with no action. They just send an email enquiring whether the unit was picked up. I have responded several times asking them to notify me inadvance when they will be sending people to uplift so that I can clean it but till today I haven’t had any response from them. I m angry and disappointed as I have to throw away a lot of food because the top part of the fridge isn’t working. Can someone from takealot please attend to this query

Undelivered furnisher

I bought furnished from the owner, Monica who is the owner of the business. This year in March . I paid her cash for the furnisher. She only delivered my headboard, bed and my son’s headboard and bed only. She owes a lot of money and she keeps making empty till now. She then said she took my money to do another project. I can’t believe this woman. To matters worse I drop to where she said her manufacturing place and she unknown there. She does not own a property she is renting a room. I give up but I still want my money

Dobsonville Clinic

Useless service provider, Dobsonville ambulances

My aunt is sick and I have called the clinic since 00:00 this morning and no ambulance was dispatched for her. When I called again at 05:00 I was told that there is only 1 ambulance seeing to area around Dobsonville including Bram fisher that I found troublesome and ridiculously that Soweto people are bering assisted by only one ambulance when there are 3 hospitals close to Bram fisher. The service is unacceptable. Can the depart of health please do something about this is is just not right on all levels. We must now loose someone just because we don't the source of transport to take her to the hospital. This is just very wrong.
