Breaking municipal by-laws

A new gin bar opened up at Cedar Square a few months ago on the side that overlooks the purely residential area.

The music is so loud and causes a massive disturbance to the surrounding neighborhood, completely breaking the municipal by-laws.

When I first complained to the owner of the bar and the Centre management they promised they would sort it out. However this has been going on for months and the Centre management (Accelerate Property) and the owner of the bar have just stopped responding to any mails, messages or communications.

They have no respect for the neighborhood around them and are only concerned with making money with no consideration to those they affect.
