Cell C: Worst customer service

Cell C has the worst customer care. I do not recommend this service provider to anyone

Cell C's ivr is so bad i cant even get to a agent without selecting a "new contract". They only help you when they can make money from you.

When I call the call centre, the agents are discussing personal matters and playing in the background.

I have a issue with them and they cant help me, they transfer from one department to the next, then line disconnects and they dont call back.

I have a serious issue with them and they handle it like its is not.
