Cell C: Worst customer service
Cell C has the worst customer care. I do not recommend this service provider to anyone Cell C's ivr is so bad i cant even get to a agent without selecting a "new contract". They only help you when they can make money from you. When I call the call centre, the agents are discussing personal matters and playing in the background. I have a issue with them and they cant help me, they transfer from one department to the next, then line disconnects and they dont call back. I have a serious issue with them and they handle it like its is not.

They only help you when they can make money from you. When I call the call centre, the agents are discussing personal matters and playing in the background. Still Not Happy with GetMore — But Sidwell Made It Better!
It’s easy for an agent to lose composure when dealing with a difficult client who is loud and angry — but not Sidwell Mokwena from Cell C. He was patient with me and tried his best to resolve my queries. Even though I didn’t get exactly what I wanted, he went the extra mile by contacting the GetMore team and reaching a conclusion regarding my issue. (lol) I’m still not okay with paying for GetMore, but Sidwell Mokwena helped me understand the situation, and I’ve made peace with the unexpected deduction. At the end of the day, good customer service is not just a department — it’s an attitude. A good attitude delivers good service, just like Sidwell Mokwena did.

Dissapointed
Dear Peter I was called on Wed with a new cell c proposal of iPhone 11 with a promotion of R298 monthly to my surprise a cell c Sim card was delivered to me I'm so upset and dissapointed

Utterly disappointed.
I am once again extremely disappointed in what I thought was this time, an honest answer. After two weeks of fighting, negotiations, and empty promises Cell C is still billing me for a monthly price I did not agree on. I hope the next person from Cell C who contacts me will possess the required dignity, honesty, and integrity to assist me with my situation. I received many apologies in the last two weeks, but no results. The fact that I have been a loyal customer for 20 years also doesn't seem to make a difference.

I bought a phone at Cell C kempton park festival mall .Im paying for my insurance now im claiming they telling me stories i even talked to the manager from Cell C and told me they need to reported ..And my duaghter is using the phone for her school work .im so disappointed at Cell C such a huge company they playing with us!!People should stop buying from them or supporting them!!😡😡

Cell c bills me after my contract has been canceled and they billed me a higher amount and the call center lady says they billed me the non discounted amount after I had canceled the account. I took a contract with cell c on the agreement that it’s a special contract with discount but now I am billed for a non discount amount
