Good Day MTN I have a home router and apparently it says I haven't been paying well number 1 it effects my Credits score I get paid last day of the month and every month I make sure there's money for you to debit I kept quiet last month again this month you didn't debit I had to go to MTN store to find out why you guys not debiting cause money is there but you not debiting how can all debit order go through but your doesn't go through while there is Money in the bank I am really not happy now I have to Pay 5000 for what
Mtn Please Just come.And.take.your router back Cause I won't pay the 678 nonsense network
I recently received my Home internet Router from Mtn with 100GB unlimited. This thing is useless I contacted MTN the telling me that I must.deactivated my devices I only connected 2 device's on this thing it is slow 100Gb doesn't last even 5 days how can I cancel this contract and take your router back I am happy with my cell c 10Gb it last me until the next paday

I am really not happy with Cell C I have never missed Payment I make Payment upfront cause I was not working so I was doing Eft with my other account Paying my Cell C Account which 149. I fail to understand why do you send a debt order when you have received your money for that month now I can't take credit cause they say I have missed Payment guys you Playing with my credit score please fix your system I took out this account to build my credit score now you tarnishing it really who must pay This 71rand me no this is not what I signed up for I really regret why I opened up this account seriously my credit. Score now is going down cause of you guys I have all Proof of Payments like really this is nonsense
Really not happy with cell kuning my Account is update I have sent so many proof of Payment but every time it's the same story I regret why I even took up this CONTRACT now it's effecting my credit score I really regret joining this network
Purchased a Speaker from them the battery died and I took it back since it had 1 year Guarantee ,they took it for a week and they said it's fine I went to collect it but still they didn't fix the Speaker
Very **** and ****ed up loan I spoke to chantel to remove my name from credit bureau I took a one month loan and paid it off the same month but it shows that I am in arrears
