It’s easy for an agent to lose composure when dealing with a difficult client who is loud and angry — but not Sidwell Mokwena from Cell C. He was patient with me and tried his best to resolve my queries. Even though I didn’t get exactly what I wanted, he went the extra mile by contacting the GetMore team and reaching a conclusion regarding my issue.
(lol) I’m still not okay with paying for GetMore, but Sidwell Mokwena helped me understand the situation, and I’ve made peace with the unexpected deduction.
At the end of the day, good customer service is not just a department — it’s an attitude. A good attitude delivers good service, just like Sidwell Mokwena did.
