Utterly disappointed.

I am once again extremely disappointed in what I thought was this time, an honest answer. After two weeks of fighting, negotiations, and empty promises Cell C is still billing me for a monthly price I did not agree on. I hope the next person from Cell C who contacts me will possess the required dignity, honesty, and integrity to assist me with my situation. I received many apologies in the last two weeks, but no results. The fact that I have been a loyal customer for 20 years also doesn't seem to make a difference.
