I had a call yesterday from Cell direct. The agent was very rude and also did not accept no for an answer. So just after the call, he switch off my all my contract numbers so that I don't have any access to the internet or can't make calls. I am highly upset because I have been a loyal Customer for years with Telkom and is also my right when I want to upgrade or not. I will get my lawyer involved in this case
