I had a call yesterday from Cell direct. The agent was very rude and also did not accept no for an answer. So just after the call, he switch off my all my contract numbers so that I don't have any access to the internet or can't make calls. I am highly upset because I have been a loyal Customer for years with Telkom and is also my right when I want to upgrade or not. I will get my lawyer involved in this case
On the 30th of March, I went to Pick n Pay in Knysna Road in George to purchase a blender. So I bought a Russel Hobs blender which is 1000w and exactly what I want. I opened the box on Sunday, the 31st of march and to assemble it, and was I surprised! The base was a Russel hob and the other pieces, I believe was from a different brand, because none of the parts fits on each other. On Tuesday, I took it with me to take it back and when I wanted to pack it neatly back into the box the jug fell on the floor and broke. I blame pick a pay for the accident, because if they didn't put a damage item on their floor as new, this wouldn't have happened to me.
On the 27th of April I bought a GENESIS CORDLESS SWEEP at Verimark Garden Route Mall. On Sunday 27th of May, I assemble the sweep and put on charge till Sunday, the 28th. I took it off the charger and tried to switch on, but nothing was happening. I took it back to the store where it was purchased. the technician tests it and found that the battery was faulty. The day I went to the store, i didn't had my slip with me and they want to replace a new item with an old demo item. I don't want a demo item because i paid for a new item and I think no one will be satisfied to get his / her item replaced with an old secondhanded product. I also have no faith in that product and that it will ever work. I'd rather want a refund on.
