*****ulant service/ Lies

This is the worst experience and ***** as the same time.

I bought 2 S26 phones. Yesterday i got it. I opened the one and found in 10 minutes that it heated up. I called them and told them that i want to cancel the contract. I was told that i have 14 days to cancel if i am not happy. Now i was told that i will have to wait 30 days for cancelation. in which they will take a debit order for the phones. The closed phone will also , will take 30 days.

Do not take a contract with these people as they lie and now want to take debit orders even though they have taken the admin fee already and i said that is fine.

They are cooks and i am taking them to the ombudsman.
