My phone was booked last month for repairs and I was told to not call the branch in Bloemfontein waterfront, until 21 days as will get my device after 21 days- weekends excluded.
I only got emails this month, then paid my excess, and was told my phone will start to be repaired on Tuesday while I was expecting to get my phone. I called the branch, their repairs department and got email that says I wait for another 7 to 15 days of which it wasn't our initial agreement.
The other agent at repairs told me that the problem was with the branch- where they didn't give me the claim forms..of which I got them this month on the 17th.
From 22 September till today..and the agreement was to get it after 21 days excluding weekends..my patience has run out .
