I bought a phone on contract on the 26 of November. I requested for an insurance but the person who was assisting me couldn't add it ,I then realized when I was looking at my account.
I went to the cell c store in Rustenburg water fall. They can't help.
What should I do?
Is really disappointing for such ignorance because it could be worse if I lost my phone. I asked for an insurance, the person who was helping (Oratile) give me forms to sign .
Can I be assisted with this matter, I really need to insure my device...
