I bought a phone on contract on the 26 of November. I requested for an insurance but the person who was assisting me couldn't add it ,I then realized when I was looking at my account. I went to the cell c store in Rustenburg water fall. They can't help. What should I do? Is really disappointing for such ignorance because it could be worse if I lost my phone. I asked for an insurance, the person who was helping (Oratile) give me forms to sign . Can I be assisted with this matter, I really need to insure my device... Please get back to me asap 084 357 8877
I am so disappointed by the service that I continue to get at VW Rustenburg. Last year I took my car for service for its 45000 km like around 7 am then at about 4: 30 pm , they phoned saying my car is ready for collection when I got to the dealer My car was still on the same spot that I left it at not touched still displaying service your car sign on the dash board, when I asked about it they apologized then took my car for like 10 minutes then said they are done with its service. On 22 July 2021 , I took my car for service, I was assisted by Lizelle. There was nothing wrong with my Car before service . The following day which was basically less than 24 hours my car clash was no longer engaging , i was seeing smoke from the engine. My car that was functioning so well turned into ragged car. At VW Rustenburg they not even helping with the condition of my car as they saying what ever my car is showing got nothing to do with what they did in the car during service. I am highly disappointed by VW Rustenburg and no I have to use a public transport while I have a car that I bought it brand new and have been servicing it regularly with them.
Since January this year I have been calling vodacom to cancel my contract. To this date they keep debting my account and not actually sending email and sms as per agreement we had on the calls to cancel my contract All this months they have been debting my account until end of April when I had to put a stop to it by reversing my money. Now vodacom they calling every 30 minutes about my account that is in arrears while they failing to cancel my contract I even asked of a way of canceling my contract online as they have a way of upgrading contracts online but I was told no.. I'm really frustrated by vodacom all I want now is to cancel their contract.
The unlimited dents and scratches what a bad service I received while I have been paying but now when I need to be assisted I had to keep calling with no help holding for so long on the phone. I claim twice with no help this year they keep saying they will authorize within 24 to 48 hours just to fool me around. I need my money that I used for this policy because it got no use of what's so ever to me
