Fed-up with CELL C!!!

I have had horrible experience with my Cell C month to month data contract which I cancelled!! I requested a cancelation of the contract because they were no longer charging me the inial contract amount of R148, 99 instead they were now charging me R320 which I new nothing about. I also had serious network issues hence the request to have the contract canceled. When i requested the cancelation they told me to pay all outstanding amounts which i did & sent proof of payments. My number 0622086851 was switched from data contract to prepaid immediately when i paid up.

They have been giving me a run around for at least 2years now. I was handed over to Shabir Shaik (SSDA) Attorneys on 15 April 2023, than to Nubert Attorneys without informing me & now I have been black listed for a paid-up contract!

I have spoken to the following Cell C consultants:

Keamogetswe Moono #2310310000145410 9. Kaltego line got cut off no ref 10. Bukamoso (SUPERVISOR) # 2311070000121719

Cell C please respond before I take the next steps to reporting you to the Obundsman!!!!
