I am seriously disgusted this morning. The problem is when you call them, they have like 20 steps before you even can talk to someone, and then when you eventually get a problem logged, they tell you 24-48 hours for an answer. I must make it clear. Not once did I got an answer back.
Then when you call again with your case number, it take more than 25 minutes and re-logging of your issue before they find the previous case number and then you are told it take 24-48 working hours weekends and public holidays excluded.
And ALL I WANT IS A REPORT ON MY PREPAID DATA USAGE !!!! which should be available in the app. Data is disappearing like mad. I got a 200GB data card and within 2 months it is gone. I used MTN before and never used more than 10GB a month and now I can't even get a report out of them!!!
Just provide me with a report
