I wish there was a zero rating or even a negative rating. A rating of 1 is to generous for this useless company.
BY FAR!!!! The absolute worst upgrade experience of my entire life. The consultant that "assisted me" (Xolile) didn't care about customer experience at all. I've been trying for more than a month now to get an upgrade processed. Left her 8 messages to return my call, out of those 8, she called me back once, but only after I had completely lost it over the phone with someone else. 2 weeks passes and she does not check on the upgrade and turns out that she still needs my ID. I then sent it. All the other consultants I spoke to told me the upgrade is approved. I have tried to escalate to a manager 3 times but they are never available and never call me back. This morning I called 8 times and got cut off 6 times. The ONE time Xolile called me back she said that there is no stock of the black iPhone but they do have blue (29th March), I told her it's fine, go ahead. A week later (today) I follow up and another consultant told me that the upgrade has not been finalised. I'm trying to cancel, but can't even do that. I do NOT want to deal with this company ever again.
