Good day Michael. Not interested? I was in store when you came in and showed you our batch printout, the amount was not taken off double from our side, it was your bank that took it off double. Normally, your bank would reverse a double transaction, but it seems like they did not. I also informed you I would in any case take it up with our bank and asked you to take a picture as proof that our batch did not take your money twice and so that you would be able to show your bank. Some harsh words.
Best regards,

You've not even taken my details to contact me. You've literally put the issue into my lap to resolve, even though it happened in your store with your card machine. How exactly is that customer service?

I showed you the issue is not with our bank fnb, the issue is with your bank absa. FNB shows 1 transaction, absa shows duplicate transaction. We cannot refund you for money that never came off our account. If the issue was with our bank I would have gladly have assisted.
