Haven't received upgrade device. I'm already paying for. Call centre is unhelpful. Pathetic service.
Unacceptably poor service. I just cannot get them to deliver my MTN order. Nobody answers the phone in customer service. I rearrange my days to receive a delivery that doesn't come.
I lodged a claim for a burst geyser on the 22nd, still sitting without water. Pathetic service, no urgency, I constantly have to call them to get updates.
Very poor service, 2 days of no service, no feedback, extremely shoddy communication. If you need an internet service provider, don't choose AXXESS.
Awful service, completely unstable. We've had 3 days of outages since 1 Jan, worst start to the year, thanks to this pathetic service provider.
Such poor communication. My internet is out since 8am, no updates on the issue, for hours. Very poor.
I have lost faith in Debtbusters. The experience was going well, but of late there have been some disturbing issues. Accounts that were paid up are showing on my statements, Hyphen statements are inaccurate and Debtbusters washes their hands of it. Surely the debt councillor should have an accurate idea of what your account balances are? I no longer feel comfortable with Debtbusters handling my money, and I would advise others to consider alternatives.
Double charged me and zero interest in resolving it. Avoid.
Ordered 1.5 hours ago. Still no food. I would not use them again, quicker to get in my car and drive to the restaurant. Highly recommend you avoid Mr D.
Not a good experience of late, I would not recommend RSAWeb. Customer service is very poor and outages are often. In my case I cancelled, and they cut me off before the end of the month that I had paid for. Shocking.
