no feedback, consultant went awol

I received a call from a consultant selling cellphone contract and she advised I qualified , took al my details including account number, she called my work place and confirmed employment now she is gone

I send email to you to enquire and requested a call back but no response, I will like to know what is happening as I urgently need the phone. my number is ********** 591 , can someone urgently call me , I will give out my ID number once you respond
