On the 29th of September,I purchased a phone at Ackermans South Gate, through phone yam ,I paid 600 deposit and was advised to pay 107 after 7 days That was a big mistake a made Firstly when I got home I realized cashier did put the receipt in the plastic. Fast forward as I speak now ,my phone is Locked ,after I made payment of R107 on the 4th of October. I went to Ackermans Maponya mall where the guys put me on the phone with Foneyam agents who interrogated me on the phone,with no empathy at all. That useless pay@ system rejected my account number so I paid via eft I reached out to Ackermans customer service,spoke to Virginia who offered no solution to my complaint . She gave me an email that I must send,I did that and attached proof of payment but my phone is still locked This Fone yan nonsense that apparently is run by Pepkor according to Ackermans staff is nonsense. I'm so disgruntled and angry. today is day 3 ,my phone is locked after I made payment. From hello Peter I'm going to the ombudsman
My daughter app**** for LTE fibre ,the router was delivered yesterday but there is no connectivity. We have been calling and putting a request for a call back without any Joy ,I have sent email still no help ,but come month end they will be deducting money from her account for this **** service. Please fix this problem or cancel the contract urgently
i did my eye glasses at Kelzmo eye wear in Maponya mall in January and paid R1200. Now in August i lost my glasses , i went back so i can get new glasses . The receptionist called the optometrist assistant , who then asked me to choose a frame , i did and told her i will put a deposit of R500 , she went inside of the optician room , came back with a receipt that's states my balance is R490. Saturday the 17th , they called me to inform me that my glasses are back and i need to pay R825 , not R490 as they have made a mistake , the prices have gone up . i asked them the receipt then was misleading and how then is it my problem that i was not told that the prices have gone up and how is it my mistake . they just said i must pay R825 that's it . ********* business practice
i placed an order online that i was told it will be delivered on the 18th of June 2024 , June 16th i got an email that the order has been delivered , called the recipient and she said she received nothing , i sent emails requesting proof of delivery and who signed for the item , but im receiving no response
I app**** for debt consolidation and was approved,I have a loan with all mutual and their money is included on my debit order as arranged with my debt hero. The debit order went out today,now guess what old mutual debited me again so it means I'm being debited twice. Old mutual what exactly it's your problem? I'm now left with no money on my account to even pay for my kids school transport Please urgently refund my money before the 1st please
i filled out a form and was contacted by a lady called Leilah , she told me that she will help me , the only thing that i was falling behind with is home loan, i had old mutual loan and Tfg account that were not in arrears only home loan . She never told me about disadvantages of what she was offering , didn't understand that i will be under debt review . She only told me about reduction of instalments . Now i wanted to buy my kids that i cant afford to buy clothes cash i find my Tfg Account blocked . i contacted Leila by email , she said i cant use my Tfg account , she further said i choose clothing acc over house loan as Tfg cant be excluded . i asked why was i told prior about the disadvantages i never got a response. clothing account for me its important as i cant afford to buy my kids clothes cash , paid it well as i knew that is how i clothe my kids , now its blocked , the instalment or consolidation is 8thousand something meaning i wont be left with anything to buy my kids clothes with and its winter . i also have cellphone insurance with Tfg , my phone fell and i cant claim .why was i told that what this is all about and how its going to change certain things ? that was unfair and wrong for me to be only told about advantages not disadvantages . how am i going to afford to buy a new phone that's is why ai took insurance i regret seeking help from them honestly
I cancelled my funeral policy 19th of March,end of March old mutual debited my account. The guy who cancelled my insurance at Sandton branch said if it goes out ,I can reverse it at the bank. I went to the bank was told they can't reverse it I must go to old mutual. So the guy **** the same way he **** by writing the reason for my cancellation was affordability when I said it's bcos old mutual treat people like filth I want my money back ,I don't have money to give freely to old mutual. Pay back my money urgently

No matter what you do,don't buy a house through city dev They sold us expensive low quality houses in Lehae . Houses are cracking after a month of moving in and placed ppl in high risk areas where there are deadly snakes don't care
Vodacom, kindly stop robbing us with our data I will complain even if it's small data. Early hours of this morning 3:30am Saturday when I knocked off from work I bought 100 mb , reason being I need to communicate with family that I'm on my way it went in and out in a minute. I complained on Facebook and I got the worst service from whoever is on your FB page. That person requested a whole life of information which I provided,he kept on asking for same information again and again only for him to tell me the feedback is final I used the data regardless of me saying it went in and out. Fast forward I bought 250 mb in the afternoon,I left my phone went to neighbor, when I came back I found 2 messages ,u have less than 81mb then u out of data without me being on the phone. Vodacom listen here whether we but through airtime advance or not we still pay and are gonna pay ,y'all can't continue robbing your customers data . Your agents couldn't even say your data was used on this app ND this app ,he couldn't care less . I want my data back ,then I'm gonna pay what I owe you so we can part ways bcos honestly as a customer of more than a decade , your service is pathetic Regards T Sewpal 0723493591
