Terrible
These people are the worst lesson learnt they sold us a house saying it has a kitchen when we got the house it only had a stove top and a few drawers “so called kitchen” after Sakki who was supposed to help us fix this situation did everything to protect the themselves then help out made promises and we were left to pick up the pieces they lie, mislead u then step away “DONT EVEN” you see CityDev run away and look for your house somewhere else if u want to be happy they houses come with a lot of troubles my doors don’t lock, the batters don’t work and it’s not even a month of living here.

No matter what you do,don't buy a house through city dev They sold us expensive low quality houses in Lehae . Houses are cracking after a month of moving in and placed ppl in high risk areas where there are deadly snakes don't care

Boundary dispute
The City development company failed to solve my boundary dispute which have pegs outside their yard.Property measurements were done more than once in my yard and no action thereafter.What more should I do in order to get my piece of land from my neighbour's yard?

We bought a house and signed with lawyers 2018 December, 2019 there were ups and downs as to why the houses where not yet done, and the management did not even phone to keep us on the loop. Customer service was and is still poor. Berry the manager does not care about his clients at all. We finally moved before lockdown 2020 and if it's not one thing that is not working something is broken...the layout of the sewer is a joke I have three manholes in my yard and when you address them they tell you they did not install the sewer but they approved the sewer plans...... Roof tiles look old and dated, painting is cheap and it falls off very easy, the advert promised us a security wall estate. The wall is not even half built and the area is not safe at all without the wall. One section we were told that Curro will build the security wall so it means even if the wall can be built it will be half until Curro build a school and a wall and that is very stupid you cannot promise security wall and then come back and say someone else is going to build it and time frames you don't know that is absolutely rubbish. The are show houses which are secured but the people who are part of marketing because when someone comes and see us living there we help in selling place as well but we are not important enough to have a wall instead houses that are empty have been walled and secured. So the joke is on us and clearly we are not taken seriously. The are no street names and explanations is that it was not mandatory with the municipality to have street names erected but you are building an estate (which later on it's no longer an estate but residential because we are demanding things) Berry from City Dev is a joke and thinks we are his clowns....... I have also noted that the are reviews from Lehae which tells me that bad service and not caring for clients is City Dev's practise.
