I did licence disc renewal online on 29 April 2025 via Nedbank app. My disc is still not dispatched till to date. They don't reply to emails, no call back, not responding to what's app message. This service is really not make sure. But I blame nedbank for trusting this useless company to service their customers. There just nothing good about skynet world wide.
I'm a member of boncap which is basically contributing accordingly to the income which I believe is calculated per annually. Noting that a person can change medical aid once a year. At the beginning of this year it was calculated that I will be paying 700 for me n employer paying 700 pm as per my salary. We all didn't know what the future holds. now med year I got a better pay.i sent an email to the medical aid requisite better plan they didn't bother getting back to me. Yet. The medical aid once saw the income they went back and recalculate their takings which came 1700. Plus employers. Medical aid saw the money and they increased their taking yet I'm still getting the same ****pie benefits of 700. No one from they bother to explain what are my options yet the had the liver to take more money and not giving out more benefits. This kind of nonsense need to stop. You could have given me option before you went for my wallet. Now we have a problem. You taking twice and I still get the same benefits what msunary crazy nonsense is this.
Unable to get a clear information with regards to wisdom teeth extraction. Under Boncap. Emailed a week ago till today no respond try to call in the person I spoken to have no idea. I had a problem with my wife's home loan with was debited unfairly. Glad to say the issue didn't take long to resolve. We will wait for next month to see if it's not double debited. But we were told the debit order is cancelled I will Leave it here it here for now.
My wife has a home loan with you guys . You keep on deducting money from work and from the account it's been going on for three months now it's very irritating because there are other accounts which need to take money from her account. and...... this month they bounce. She's getting charged for you irresponsibility.whats so difficult to cancel the debit order as you already deducted from work .we call and spoke to this naidoo lady from home loan she failed to reverse the money .we have other life commitments than to always calling to reverse money . Or we need to change this bank? This is a promising if you don't fix this nonsense all the account we have with you will be closed.
Don't buy a house with this guys. From sales to getting the house its just a bad service.

Ok now this is getting out of hands the lady doesn't seem to want to help me .how do you call a person around 6pm what is she's doing the rest of the day.last communications was last week after weeks of waiting for her feedback. Is this company even prepare to assists me or what. This is not the first time the company fails me first was the car where they refused to assists me with insurance claims as the insurance didn't want to pay for the broken window. Now this !
Since last week Friday where Petersen, Clint requested reference number for my query I haven't received any feedback. Standard bank is failing it's customers.
