I received a call by CellSpot Cellular a week ago, where I was introduced to the lovely and beautiful Smartphone called the AXXA Mobile S45 for R299 a month. On arrival of the phone I opened the box, super exited and eager to check out the phone. I was devastated, it is a small, most ugliest phone I have ever seen in my life. I immediately called the number provided to me to cancel, they said that it was not yet registered on the system blah blah blah, they will call me back. A week passed, I called them again. Cancellation fee R1060 for opening the box, seriously!!!!!!!!! I didn't even get the chance to check the phone out. How do you introduce a BRAND NEW phone AXXA Mobile S45 to a customer, if the customer did not even see what he/she is buying????? And on top of that I told the salesperson that I never heard of a phone with that name in my life, but yet he convinced me that he was the first one introducing the Hawaii to people, oh my god. IS OPENING THE BOX OF THE PHONE THE NEW WAY OF MAKING MONEY, IF YOU DON'T EVEN ACTIVATED THE PHONE OR DOESN'T KNOW HOW IT LOOKS OR IF IT WORKS????? As the client, I think that I should've been given the chance to see the phone in real life, as it was a phone produced in 2019 (told by the salesperson), not a lot of people will have this phone, who could I ask? Why don't they consider that, and give the client the chance to check out the phone? Just for opening the box I should pay R1060. UA Julies

I received a call from a consultant selling cellphone contract and she advised I qualified , took al my details including account number, she called my work place and confirmed employment now she is gone I send email to you to enquire and requested a call back but no response, I will like to know what is happening as I urgently need the phone. my number is ********** 591 , can someone urgently call me , I will give out my ID number once you respond

I was called by an agent called Sandiswa at 3.29pm on 23/08/2018 to take up a cell phone contract. I was told there is 3 offers that is offered to me of which I wasn't aware of the brand and on the call googled the cell phones to have an idea of how it looked and the features. I was hesitant at first but the consultant was friendly and she pushed for a sale and as a sales person myself I aim in treating clients fairly on each and every call. I then proceeded with the application, T&C was read to me and I provided banking details - as I was going to proceed with the sale. As we came to the part where she requested my work address I posed the question if I can have 24 hours to think about the offer as I would like to make an informed decision and just find out by a friend if my current cell phone is better than the offered one, which I believe each client has the right to get time to make a informed decision. I was told , and I quote "so you just wasted my time as I could of made another sale while I was wasting my time talking to you, You told me you want it and now I just wasted my time" !!! My reply was as a customer you have no right to speak to me like that - ALREADY NO TCF! I told her to provide me with her contact details so I can contact her, she gave it in a way I was about to swear her out, but ended up being calm and obtained it and then I asked for the name of the manager she then said, Ashley no surname, and I asked the contact number, she said I don't know it appears on your screen you can see there - again no TCF! I was never so disgusted in my entire life and if this is the service that is given from the consultants of Cell spot, then I WANT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!
