I made a booking for 14 December 2025 at avis OR Tambo. On arrival at the counter to get the car ,they saw my South African license was expired. Needless to say Indid not get the car. Went banknto the ladybatvthe counter and ask what about my deposit sehe typed on her computer ad said it would be paid back the next week. Did call avis to open a case for this but never received any feedback from them. My reservation number was 01184900ZA3. Would like a response from avis
If i could it would be zero stars. Been a member from April 2025. If you deposit money they don't have a problem but now that I want to withdraw money, all off a sudden my account verification is in process. So why did they let me deposit money an play if my account was not verified?
My car is there,they send me a quote in March and I paid more than the quote ask for end of April but this is now almost November and my car is still there. With minimum interaction from them,I can and the last few whatsapp messages but all is empty promises
At the end of September I phone this company and I spoke to a lady explaining to her I am moving house, my question was can they pause it for a month when I am at the new address then they can reinstall it, she said it is fine. So I asked her to pause my fibre for me, she said I must send a wattsapp message to the company number that she can rember it and I did so. But then they deducted the money from my bank account and I reverse the debit order this month they took double plus interest. Noe I am paying for service I don't use. I have called them and asked about it an this morning send an email and a Whatsapp to them and the owner wife. All that they sent me was we wil look into it. Pleas help
Can not keep there own delivery date,Wil not recomend anybody.Going service from them
This wil be my second complain in one week that said delivery wil be last week that they phone me and said delivery wil be 2 of June but still no phone. No service and custermer care
Cannot do delivery on time. I get a sms last week that said delivery wil be in 3 to 5 days now still no delivery and the some sms
They send me a sms that said delivery wil be in 3 to 5 days,now the time is up and still no delivery. So they send the some massege again and again to my phone. If this is how they welcome there new custermers I can see there wil be no service from them
