I ordered a cellphone throughBobshop, and cancelled it before it was handed to the courier guy on their side. However, Cellucity still sent the phone, and tookR21560 out of my Mobicred account. The phone was sent back to Bedfordview, and according to process, Bobshop must now refund the Cellucity money to my Mobicred account. Bobshop has now leftme withthe predicament as Cellucity does not have money in their Bobshop account. Sequestration? I tried to sort it out with Cellucity as Bobshop cannot fulfill their promises, and Nicholas the Store manager informed me that (he) the store manager is not available and works from Ireland. Any idea how I can get the money refunded into my mobicred account? R21 600.
